Master Gardeners of San Diego - Fall Garden Tour ***SOLD OUT***

The self-guided tour will showcase 13 private gardens, the Centella Community Garden, and one of San Diego’s best kept secrets, the Master Gardener Demonstration Gardens at the Flower Fields. These impressive gardens have been selected for their design, diversity of plants, and educational qualities.

All tour proceeds will support the organization’s mission: The UCCE Master Gardener Program extends to the public UC research-based information about home horticulture and pest management. Volunteers are trained by the UCCE and after certification, Master Gardeners volunteer in the community, educating home gardeners on tested gardening methods. The 350 Master Gardeners volunteer at San Diego County schools, community gardens, youth detention facilities, memory care facilities, and gardening programs for people of all ages and physical abilities. Additionally, Master Gardeners staff an information hotline, a booth at the San Diego County Fair, and various gardening-related events throughout the year.
