The Poway Valley Garden Club is honored to present a lively workshop featuring highly sought-after motivational speaker Robin Pokorski of The Poway Valley Garden of the California and National Garden Clubs. It will be a highly interactive workshop. We will have fun together with lots of laughs while we learn by doing!  

Topics covered: Robert’s Rules, budget, minutes, and how to conduct enjoyable and timely club meetings, how to increase member participation, conflict management, etc, etc.
