A Strawberry is not a Fruit -Chuck McClung

Come meet Chuck McClung as he discusses his new book A Strawberry is not a Fruit, a collection of short essays on lesser-known ideas and perspectives from the world of plants.

Chuck will talk about various aspects of plants and gardening and summarize some of the chapters from his book, like how to Know Your Plant and the Goal of Gardening, as well as how to diagnose plant problems.

 Chuck’s will also correct common misconceptions about plants, explaining, for example:

*why you cannot over-water your plant

*why orchids fail to rebloom

*the real difference between annuals and perennials

*what to do when you see ants on your plants.
