Jennifer Gonzales Bio 

My name is Jennifer Gonzales, and I am a Filipino-American student at San Diego City College. My parents and I immigrated to the United States from the Philippines when I was only four years old. My mother is a United States veteran, she served in the Navy and the Air Force for eight years, which is why my father and I were able to immigrate to the United States. This is the main reason why I work hard to achieve my dreams and excel in my college classes but also to save up enough money for when I transfer. I plan to transfer to California State Polytechnic University, Pomona’s five year Bachelors of Architecture program in the Fall of 2022. And once I graduate, I will become a licensed architect where I will focus on changing the construction industries’ traditional way of building to a more green and efficient method that will help create a more sustainable world.
