My name is Erik Anderson, I’m a hard-working father, husband and student with a passion for the environment. Growing up in San Diego I always had a small family garden and loved to cook. As I grew older, I started questioning where my food came from, and its sustainability in terms of its environmental impact. This led me to San Diego City College, where I found my major, and my passion. I continue to work on my home garden and take care of my family as I venture into this new field of sustainable urban farming teaching others the importance of knowing where your food comes from.
