The Lemon Grove Historical Society will continue its "History Alive" lecture series with the woman who knows where everything grows in Southern California, Nancy Carol Carter, gardening historian, in-demand speaker and associate editor of California Garden. Her topic: "The Gardens of Eloise Roorbach," the famed early 20th century grower of native, exotic and edible plants in San Diego.
